| 6 | | who has 25 or more locations in this State"; and

| 7 | | on page 10, line 10, by deleting "or"; and
|
| 8 | | on page 10, line 12, by replacing the period with "; or"; and
|
| 9 | | on page 10, by inserting immediately below line 12 the |
| 10 | | following: |
| 11 | | "(3) an entity that complies with the requirements of |
| 12 | | the Resale Dealers Act and purchases used wireless |
| 13 | | communications devices for the purpose of recycling and |
| 14 | | refurbishment.".
