The amount of $1,062,898, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for an Equalization Grant to Illinois Central College.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to the amounts already appropriated, the sum of $1,062,898 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for an Equalization Grant to Illinois Central College
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect immediately.
