| 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |
| 4 | | 1, on page 2, line 9, after the period, by inserting the |
| 5 | | following: |
| 6 | | "Legislatively-mandated changes related to Medicaid |
| 7 | | reimbursement occurring on or after July 1, 2014 are excluded |
| 8 | | from these calculations. Medicaid enrollees eligible for |
| 9 | | medical assistance pursuant to the Patient Protection and |
| 10 | | Affordable Care Act are excluded from these calculations. Any |
| 11 | | Medicaid enrollee voluntarily choosing to remain in an |
| 12 | | integrated care program shall be allowed to remain in an |
| 13 | | integrated care program.".
