| 6 | | Section shall indemnify and hold harmless any insurance company |
| 7 | | from which the information or data was received for all claims |
| 8 | | and damages resulting from an alleged breach of the information |
| 9 | | or data provided, including, but not limited to, reasonable |
| 10 | | attorney's fees.".
