| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Underground Utility Facilities |
| 5 | | Damage Prevention Act is amended by changing Section 14 as |
| 6 | | follows:

| 8 | | Sec. 14. Home rule. The regulation of underground utility |

and CATS facilities damage prevention, as provided |
