| 11 | | fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans
establishment, |
| 12 | | and shall be licensed to sell only to persons having a valid |
| 13 | | distributor's license or, if the manufacturer also holds a |
| 14 | | valid distributor's license, to sell, distribute, lease, or |
| 15 | | market to persons having a valid terminal operator's license. A |
| 16 | | video
gaming terminal distributor may not be licensed as a

gaming terminal manufacturer or distributor or own, |

establishment, and shall be licensed only to |

distributors and licensed |

| 13 | | establishments. An owner or manager of a
licensed |
| 14 | | establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, licensed |
| 15 | | fraternal
establishment, or licensed
veterans
establishment |
| 16 | | may not be licensed as a video gaming terminal
manufacturer, |
| 17 | | distributor, or operator, and shall only contract with a
|
| 18 | | licensed operator to place and service this equipment. |
| 19 | | Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section, a video gaming |
| 20 | | terminal operator may own, manage, or control a licensed |
| 21 | | establishment or licensed truck stop establishment as long as |
| 22 | | the video gaming terminal operator does not place video gaming |
| 23 | | terminals he or she owns, services, and maintains within that |
| 24 | | licensed establishment or licensed truck stop establishment |
| 25 | | and he or she has owned or controlled the licensed |
| 26 | | establishment or truck stop establishment continuously since |
