| 3 | on page 2, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "examination on his or her first attempt must wait 7 90 days | ||||||
| 5 | prior to rescheduling an examination. An individual who fails | ||||||
| 6 | to pass the examination on his or her second or subsequent | ||||||
| 7 | attempt must wait 30 days prior to rescheduling an | ||||||
| 8 | examination.".
