| 8 | | person may be employed by a child care facility that cares for |
| 9 | | children ages 6 and under unless that person shows proof of |
| 10 | | having received 2 doses of the measles, mumps, and rubella |
| 11 | | (MMR) vaccine or shows proof of immunity to MMR.".
