2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1046, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41, on page 3, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with "prevails in the 
5market."; and


 
6by replacing line 11, page 6, through line 1, page 8 with the 
7following:
8    "(a) The governing authority of a unit of local government 
9or school district may by ordinance or resolution elect to 
10apply the limitations under subsection (b) of Section 4 to 
11bargaining with that unit of local government or school 
12district.
