| 3 | | on page 1, line 7, by replacing "Digital" with "Virtual"; and

| 4 | | on page 1, lines 9 through 14, by replacing "digital" each time |
| 5 | | it appears with "virtual"; and

| 6 | | on page 1, by replacing lines 15 through 22 with "cost to the |
| 7 | | State for implementation of the program. The Secretary shall |
| 8 | | report the findings of the feasibility study to the General |
| 9 | | Assembly no later than January 1, 2017.".
