AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1280 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1280 on page 21, by 
3replacing lines 7 through 14 with the following:


4"complete, repair, replace, or maintain aircraft and who (i) 
5hold an Air Agency Certificate and are empowered to operate an 
6approved repair station by the Federal Aviation 
7Administration, (ii) have a Class IV Rating, and (iii) conduct 
8operations in accordance with Part 145 of the Federal Aviation 
9Regulations. The exemption"; and
 
10by replacing everything from line 20 on page 35 through line 1 
11on page 36 with the following:
12"or maintenance of aircraft by persons who (i) hold an Air 
13Agency Certificate and are empowered to operate an approved 
14repair station by the Federal Aviation Administration, (ii) 
15have a Class IV Rating, and (iii) conduct operations in 
16accordance with Part 145 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. 
17The exemption does not include aircraft operated"; and

1on page 49, by replacing lines 10 through 17 with the 
2following:
