| 5 | | (4) Three members of the General Assembly chosen by the |
| 6 | | Minority Leader of the Senate. |
| 7 | | The purpose of the working group shall be to provide input |
| 8 | | and advice to the Department and the Office of the Governor |
| 9 | | with regard to the development of the proposal to utilize a |
| 10 | | research and demonstration waiver. The working group shall meet |
| 11 | | initially at the call of the Speaker of the House of |
| 12 | | Representatives and the President of the Senate and at least |
| 13 | | once each quarter year thereafter until the waiver either is |
| 14 | | approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or |
| 15 | | expires. The Department shall provide administrative support |
| 16 | | for the working group. |
| 17 | | Members shall not be compensated for their participation in |
| 18 | | the working group but may receive reimbursement for travel |
| 19 | | expenses. The working group shall be dissolved on the date of |
| 20 | | federal approval or expiration of the research and |
| 21 | | demonstration project waiver proposal submitted to the U.S. |
| 22 | | Department of Health and Human Services on June 4, 2014 under |
| 23 | | Section 1115 of the Social Security Act.

| 24 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 25 | | becoming law.".
