AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1376 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1376 on page 3 by 
3replacing lines 9 through 11 with the following:


 
4"administrator, or special administrator."; and
 
5on page 5 by replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following:

 
6"person. Subject to Section 8(b), the court may grant a 
7guardian the right to access:"; and

 
8on page 9 by inserting immediately below line 8 the following:

 
9    "The custodian shall not charge for compliance with 
10requests pursuant to this Section except to the extent the 
11custodian regularly charges account holders themselves who

1on page 9, line 13, by deleting ", a small"; and

 
2on page 9, line 14, by deleting "estate affidavit,"; and

 
3on page 9, line 23, by deleting ", under penalty of perjury,";

6"certification. A fiduciary who makes a certification under 
7subsection (d) without knowledge that the representations 
8contained in it are incorrect is not liable to any person for 
9so acting".
