| 8 | | exemption. Those receiving immunizations required under this |
| 9 | | Code shall be provided with the relevant vaccine information |
| 10 | | statements that are required to be disseminated by the federal |
| 11 | | National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which may |
| 12 | | contain information on circumstances when a vaccine should not |
| 13 | | be administered, prior to administering a vaccine. A healthcare |
| 14 | | provider may consider including without limitation the |
| 15 | | nationally accepted recommendations from federal agencies such |
| 16 | | as the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, the |
| 17 | | information outlined in the relevant vaccine information |
