AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1483




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1483, on page 1, 
3line 5, by replacing "Article Div." with "Division"; and 
 
4on page 2, immediately below line 1, by inserting the 
5following:
6    ""Vehicle" means any publicly or privately owned means of 
7transportation that is specifically designed, constructed, or 
8modified and equipped for the primary purpose of responding to 
9fire emergencies, and is intended to be used for and is 
10maintained or operated for the primary purpose of responding to 
11fire emergencies."; and


 
12on page 3, immediately below line 20, by inserting the 
13following:
14    ""Vehicle" means any publicly or privately owned means of 
15transportation that is specifically designed, constructed, or 
16modified and equipped for the primary purpose of responding to
