| 1 | | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1682

| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1682 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 4, line 8, after the comma, by inserting "not less than |
| 4 | | 15% of the amounts collected pursuant to Section 8-3-14 of this |
| 5 | | Code shall be granted by the municipality to convention and |
| 6 | | tourism bureaus certified to receive funds under Section 550.40 |
| 7 | | of Title 14 of the Illinois Administrative Code,"; and

| 8 | | on page 4, line 9, by changing "75%" to "60%"; and
|
| 9 | | on page 4, line 20, after the comma, by inserting "not less |
| 10 | | than 15% of the amounts collected pursuant to Section 8-3-14 of |
| 11 | | this Code shall be granted by the municipality to convention |
