| 1 | | AN ACT concerning regulation.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 548 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (215 ILCS 5/548) (from Ch. 73, par. 1065.98)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 548. Examination of the Fund. The Fund shall be |
| 8 | | subject to examination and regulation by the Director.
The |
| 9 | | board of directors shall, not later than April 30 March 30 of |
| 10 | | each year, submit
a financial report for the preceding calendar |
| 11 | | year in a form approved by
the Director.
