| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1815 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 2, line 23, before "labor", by inserting "field"; and

| 4 | | on page 2, line 26, after the period, by inserting "The actual |
| 5 | | cost of field labor shall not include wages that exceed one and |
| 6 | | one-half times the employees' normal hourly pay rate. The |
| 7 | | actual cost of materials shall not exceed one and one-quarter |
| 8 | | times the township's acquisition cost of materials actually |
| 9 | | used and provided by the township to make the connection."; and
