| 7 | | "(g) If the payments developed under this Section are not |
| 8 | | approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for |
| 9 | | Medicaid matching, then the payments in this Section shall be |
| 10 | | reduced by 50%."; and
|
| 11 | | on page 6, line 16, by replacing "(g)" with "(h)".
