| 3 | | on page 10, by replacing lines 6 through 14 with the following:

| 6 | | license. The application fee is nonrefundable."; and

| 7 | | on page 19, line 9, after "amended,", by inserting "subject to |
| 8 | | appropriation and"; and

| 9 | | on page 20, by replacing lines 2 and 3 with the following:

| 10 | | "such hearing. The result of such hearing shall be rendered |
