| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1895 on page 6, |
| 3 | | line 6, after the period, by inserting "Each applicant for |
| 4 | | licensure as a behavior analyst shall have his or her |
| 5 | | fingerprints submitted to the Department of State Police in the |
| 6 | | form and manner prescribed by the Department of State Police. |
| 7 | | These fingerprints shall be electronically transmitted through |
| 8 | | a live scan fingerprint vendor licensed by the Department. |
| 9 | | These fingerprints shall be checked against the Department of |
| 10 | | State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation criminal |
| 11 | | history record information database now and hereafter filed. |
| 12 | | The Department of State Police shall charge a fee for |
| 13 | | conducting the criminal history records check, which shall be |
| 14 | | deposited in the State Police Services Fund and shall not |
| 15 | | exceed the actual cost of the Illinois and national criminal |
| 16 | | history record check. The Department of State Police shall |
| 17 | | furnish, pursuant to positive identification, records of all |
| 18 | | Illinois convictions to the Department."; and
