    Section 105.  The sum of $2,100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Professions Indirect Cost Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for costs and expenses related to or in support of a Regulatory/G&A shared services center.

 

    Section 110.  The sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Cemetery Oversight Licensing and Disciplinary Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for all costs associated with administration of the Cemetery Oversight Act.

 

    Section 115. The sum of $393,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for all costs associated with administration of the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act.

 

    Section 120.  The sum of $19,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation from the Real Estate Research and Education Fund for costs associated with the operation of the Office of Real Estate Research at the University of Illinois.

 

    Section 125.  The sum of $225,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Athletics Supervision and Regulation Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for all costs associated with administration of the Boxing and Full-contact Martial Arts Act.

 

    Section 130.  The sum of $1,400,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Savings Bank Regulatory Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and the Division of Banking, or their successors, in administering and enforcing the Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985, the Savings Bank Act, and other laws, rules, and regulations as may apply to the administration and enforcement of the foregoing laws, rules, and regulations, as amended from time to time.

 

    Section 135.  The sum of $1,300,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for all costs associated with operational expenses of the department in relation to the regulation of medical marijuana.
