2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2414 on page 3, by

3 replacing lines 20 through 26 with the following:

4 "supervisory information to a Federal Home Loan Bank in

5 connection with any bank that is a member of the Federal Home

6 Loan Bank or in connection with any application by the bank

7 before the Federal Home Loan Bank. The"; and

8 on page 7, immediately below line 13, by inserting the

9 following:

10 "(3.5) to a Federal Home Loan Bank of which it is a

11 member;"; and

12 on page 11, by replacing lines 19 through 25 with the

13 following:

9 on page 19, by replacing lines 18 through 20 with the

10 following:
