AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2433 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2433 on page 5, by 
3replacing lines 18 through 19 with the following:


 
4"as a clinical psychologist; or offer to render or render, to 
5individuals, corporations or the public, clinical"; and
 
6on page 6, by replacing lines 1 through 12 with the following:
 
7    "(b) No business organization association or partnership 
8shall be granted a license and no professional limited 
9liability company shall provide, attempt to provide, or offer 
10to provide clinical psychological services unless every 
11member, shareholder, director, officer, holder of any other 
12ownership interest, agent partner, or and employee of the 
13association, partnership, or professional limited liability 
14company who renders clinical psychological services holds a 
15currently valid license issued under this Act. No license shall

1be issued by the Department to a corporation or limited 
2liability company shall be created that (i) has a stated 
3purpose that includes clinical psychology, or (ii) practices or 
4holds itself out as available to practice clinical psychology, 
5unless it is organized under the Professional Service 
6Corporation Act or the Professional Limited Liability Company 
7Act."; and
 
8on page 32, by replacing line 24 with the following:
 
9"transcript of testimony, the report of the Board and the"; and
 
10on page 33, by replacing line 1 with the following:
