AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2504




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2504, AS AMENDED, 
3by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the 
4following:

 
5    "Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended  by 
6changing Sections 4.27 and 4.37 as follows:
 
7    (5 ILCS 80/4.27)
8    Sec. 4.27. Acts repealed on January 1, 2017. The following
 
9are repealed on January 1, 2017:

10    The Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987.
11    The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Repairer Regulation Act.
12    Articles II, III, IV, V, VI, VIIA, VIIB, VIIC, XVII,
XXXI, 
13XXXI 1/4, and XXXI 3/4 of the Illinois Insurance Code.
