| 5 | | "compensated. No membership fees, dues, or assessments shall be |
| 6 | | required of any commission member."; and

| 7 | | on page 6, immediately after line 3, by inserting the |
| 8 | | following: |
| 9 | | "(vi) A woman. |
| 10 | | "Public funds" and "public monies" mean any funds |
| 11 | | received from: the federal government or any agency of the |
| 12 | | federal government; any state government or any agency or |
| 13 | | political subdivision of any state government; or the State |
| 14 | | or any unit of local government."; and

| 15 | | on page 9, line 11, by replacing "compensated." with |
