AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3047

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3047 on page 3, by replacing lines 19 through 25 with the following:

"nonprescription medicines, drugs, medical appliances, products classified as Class III medical devices by the United States Food and Drug Administration that are used for cancer treatment pursuant to a prescription, as well as any accessories and components related to those devices, modifications to a motor vehicle for the purpose of"; and

on page 22, by replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following: "drugs, medical appliances, products classified as Class III medical devices by the United States Food and Drug Administration that are used for cancer treatment pursuant to a prescription, as well as any accessories and components related to those devices, and insulin, urine testing materials, syringes and"; and

by replacing everything from line 24 on page 35 through line 4 on page 36 with the following: "nonprescription medicines, drugs, medical appliances, products classified as Class III medical devices by the United States Food and Drug Administration that are used for cancer treatment pursuant to a prescription, as well as any accessories and components related to those devices, modifications to a motor vehicle for the purpose of"; and

on page 45, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following: "nonprescription medicines, drugs, medical appliances, products classified as Class III medical devices by the United States Food and Drug Administration that are used for cancer treatment pursuant to a prescription, as well as any accessories and components related to those devices, and insulin, urine testing materials, syringes and"; and

on page 57, by replacing lines 19 through 25 with the following: "nonprescription medicines, drugs, medical appliances, products classified as Class III medical devices by the United States Food and Drug Administration that are used for cancer treatment pursuant to a prescription, as well as any accessories and components related to those devices, modifications to a motor vehicle for the purpose of"; and
