| 5 | | on page 2, line 2, by inserting "sexual" before "assault"; and

| 6 | | on page 11, immediately below line 9, by inserting the |
| 7 | | following:

| 8 | | "(a-5) A State's Attorney who is notified under subsection |
| 9 | | (d) of Section 6.6 of the Sexual Assault Survivors Emergency |
| 10 | | Treatment Act that a hospital is in possession of sexual |
| 11 | | assault evidence shall, within 72 hours, contact the |
| 12 | | appropriate law enforcement agency to request that the law |
| 13 | | enforcement agency take immediate physical custody of the |
| 14 | | sexual assault evidence."; and
