Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code. Provides that all State's Attorneys shall enforce the provisions of the Code, including administrative rules adopted under Section 1-125, in their respective counties and shall prosecute all persons charged with violating its provisions when so requested by the Department of Natural Resources.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Fish and Aquatic Life Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 1-170 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (515 ILCS 5/1-170) (from Ch. 56, par. 1-170)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 1-170. Prosecutions; State's Attorneys. All |
| 8 | | prosecutions shall be
brought in the name and by the authority |
| 9 | | of the People of the State of
Illinois before the Circuit Court |
| 10 | | for the county where the offense was
committed.
