| 5 | | on page 2, line 17, by replacing "16" with "10"; and

| 6 | | on page 5, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following: |
| 7 | | "motor vehicles other than buses, as defined by the Illinois |
| 8 | | Vehicle Code, and 50,000 miles of driving per year for buses."; |
| 9 | | and

| 10 | | by replacing everything from line 24 on page 14 through line 2 |
| 11 | | on page 15 with the following: |
| 12 | | "(b) In establishing the methods of collecting and |
| 13 | | reporting the number of miles traveled, the Commission shall |
