1    AN ACT concerning regulation.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  



 
 
4    Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing 
5Sections 4.29 and 4.32 as follows:
 
6    (5 ILCS 80/4.29)
7    Sec. 4.29. Acts repealed on January 1, 2019 and December 
831, 2019. 
9    (a) The following Acts are Act is repealed on January 1, 
102019:
11        The Environmental Health Practitioner Licensing Act.
12        The Illinois Athlete Agents Act. 
13    (b) The following Act is repealed on December 31, 2019: 
14        The Structural Pest Control Act.
