| 4 | | Section 5. The State Prompt Payment Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 3-1 as follows:

The Illinois Court of Claims shall, in its |

Act; however, interest |
| 10 | | penalties in claims pursuant to the Line of Duty

| 11 | | Act shall be paid in accordance with subsection (3) of Section |
| 12 | | 24 of the Court of Claims Act. |
