| 6 | Act" with "June 30, 2017"; and | ||||||
| 7 | on page 2, line 20, by replacing "The" with "No later than June | ||||||
| 8 | 30, 2017, the"; and | ||||||
| 9 | on page 2, line 22, after "liability", by inserting "on or | ||||||
| 10 | after June 30, 2017"; and | ||||||
| 11 | on page 4, line 13, by replacing "after the effective date of | ||||||
| 12 | this Act" with "on or after June 30, 2017"; and | ||||||
| 13 | on page 5, immediately below line 25, by inserting the | ||||||

| 1 | following: | ||||||
| 2 | "Section 1-33. Training. The Department shall use best | ||||||
| 3 | practices to provide training to all parties interested in | ||||||
| 4 | learning how to use the registry. Such training shall include | ||||||
| 5 | seminars hosted by the Department at various locations | ||||||
| 6 | throughout the State where the Department will provide | ||||||
| 7 | demonstrations on the use of the registry. Training shall be | ||||||
| 8 | held at times and locations as determined by the Department. | ||||||
| 9 | The training provided for by this Section shall be held prior | ||||||
| 10 | to June 30, 2017."; and | ||||||
| 11 | on page 35, by replacing lines 19 through 21 with the | ||||||
| 12 | following: | ||||||
| 13 | "ARTICLE 99. EFFECTIVE DATE
| ||||||
| 14 | Section 99-999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||||
| 15 | becoming law, except that Article 5 takes effect on June 30, | ||||||
| 16 | 2017.".
