2-3.25g of the School |
| 6 | | Code; therefore, be it

| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 8 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |
| 9 | | CONCURRING HEREIN, that the General Assembly is encouraged to |
| 10 | | promptly review and evaluate the Report and determine whether |
| 11 | | to disapprove, in whole or in part, the Report or any waiver |
| 12 | | request or appealed request outlined in the Report.
