| 10 | | CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Bluford CCSD 114 - |
| 11 | | Jefferson with respect to non-resident tuition, identified in |
| 12 | | the report filed by the State Board of Education as request |
| 13 | | WM100-6020, is approved retroactively beginning in the fall of |
| 14 | | the 2014-2015 school year; and be it further
