| 4 | | on Waivers of School Code Mandates, dated February 29, 2016, |
| 5 | | with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the |
| 6 | | Secretary of State as required by Section 2-3.25g of the School |
| 7 | | Code; therefore, be it

| 8 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 9 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |
| 10 | | CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by |
| 11 | | Paxton-Buckley-Loda CUSD 10 - Ford with respect to the school |
| 12 | | building code, identified in the report filed by the State |
| 13 | | Board of Education as request WM100-6213, is disapproved; and |
| 14 | | be it further

| 15 | | RESOLVED, That the request made by Oswego CUSD 308 - |
| 16 | | Kendall with respect to physical education, identified in the |
| 17 | | report filed by the State Board of Education as request |
| 18 | | WM100-6202, has been formally withdrawn at the request of the |
| 19 | | superintendent and school board of the district and will |
| 20 | | therefore not be considered as part of this report; and be it |
| 21 | | further
