| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of William T. "Ted" Babicki, who passed away |
| 4 | | on December 29, 2014; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, William Babicki served in the United States Army |
| 6 | | during World War II in France and Germany; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, William Babicki was a lifetime member of Knights |
| 8 | | of Columbus Joliet Council 382 and Veterans of Foreign Wars |
| 9 | | Cantigny Post 367; he was also a member of American Legion |
| 10 | | Harwood Post 5 and Joliet Moose Lodge 300; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, William Babicki was preceded in death by his wife, |
| 12 | | Helen (nee Kolenc); his parents, Theodore and Ida (nee Kapala) |
| 13 | | Babicki; his brothers, Leonard, Stanley, Bernard (Stella), and |
| 14 | | Edward (Fran) Babicki; and his sister, Florence (Walter) Bump; |
| 15 | | and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, William Babicki is survived by his sons, Raymond |
| 17 | | and Thomas (Jeanette) Babicki; his grandson, Joel Ryan Babicki; |
| 18 | | and numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
