SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Rosemary W. Bailey of Oak Park, who 
4passed away on December 9, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Rosemary Bailey was born on July 19, 1923; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Rosemary Bailey joined the League of Women Voters 
7in 1960 and was an active member for many years; and


  
 
  
8    WHEREAS, Rosemary Bailey was the beloved wife of the late 
9Richard W. Bailey; the loving
mother of Rosanne, Richard F., 
10Barbara (Michael)
Walsh, Susan, Stephen, and Patricia (Robert)

11Houston; the cherished grandmother of Christopher and
Patrick 
12Walsh, Nicholas and Casey Dallas, Patrick
and Sean Folliard, 
13Cassidy, Jeremy, and Cade Bailey,
Blake Jannett, and Jack and 
14Charlie Houston; and the fond
aunt of Andrea Krajack and the 
15late William Wright; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
18Rosemary W. Bailey, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
19family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
