| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Lisa M. Garcia of Park Ridge, who passed |
| 4 | | away on January 14, 2015; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Lisa Garcia served as a 4th grade Instructional |
| 6 | | Resource Teacher at Roosevelt Elementary School in Park Ridge |
| 7 | | for many years; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Lisa Garcia was a strong advocate for children and |
| 9 | | devoted herself to special education; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Lisa Garcia was the beloved wife of Mario; the |
| 11 | | loving mother of Melissa (fiance Michael Joseph); the cherished |
| 12 | | daughter of Al and Mickey Lolwing; the dearest sister of Linda |
| 13 | | (Bryan) Curry, Laura (Mike) Stern, and Mark (Cathy) Lolwing; |
| 14 | | the loving aunt of Nelson, Veronica, Shawn, Tim, Jennifer, Tom, |
| 15 | | Sam, and Amanda; the fond daughter-in-law of Carmen (the late |
| 16 | | Rodrigo) Garcia; the dear sister-in-law of Julio (Marcela) |
| 17 | | Garcia; therefore, be it
