| 5 | | WHEREAS, Susan Browning was born in Quincy on November 7,

| 6 | | 1956 to Marvin and
Leah (nee Potter) Hull; she graduated from |
| 7 | | Liberty High School in 1974 and
attended what is now Truman |
| 8 | | State University in Kirksville,
Missouri; she married Robert L.
|
| 9 | | Browning on October 31, 1976 in Chambersburg; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Susan Browning and her husband owned and operated |
| 11 | | Kaylynn's Kafe
in Perry during the early 2000s; she recently |
| 12 | | retired as
Secretary for the Regional Office of Education in |
| 13 | | Pittsfield; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Susan Browning was an active member of the Fish |
| 15 | | Hook United Brethren Church, where she served as
worship leader |
| 16 | | and as a Sunday school teacher; she also served as Treasurer of |
| 17 | | the Fairmount
Township Sunday School Convention; she was a |
| 18 | | 20-year member of the Pike County 4-H
Foundation Board, which |
| 19 | | raised money for local 4-H programs, and she was a leader of |
| 20 | | the Perry
4-H Stitchers Club for 6 years; she liked to travel, |
| 21 | | sew, craft, and bake and was especially known for her delicious |
| 22 | | pies; she was also active in State and local politics for the |
