| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Conrad E. Mazeski, O.D.; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, Conrad Mazeski was the beloved husband of Diane K. |
| 5 | | Mazeski (nee Czelusniak); the loving father of Conrad W. |
| 6 | | (Kelly) Mazeski and Paula (Tim) Maloney; the cherished |
| 7 | | grandfather of Kelsey and Mack Mazeski and Matthew, Shannon, |
| 8 | | and Ryan Maloney; therefore, be it

| 9 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 10 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 11 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Conrad E. Mazeski, |
| 12 | | O.D.; and be it further

| 13 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
