SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Thomas George Treptow, who passed away on 
4January 18, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Thomas Treptow was born on December 16, 1953; he 
6was a 1971 graduate of Lake Zurich High School and was a 
7longtime resident and former President of Holiday Hills; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Thomas Treptow was Senior Warden of the Episcopal 
9Church of the Holy Apostles in Wauconda; he was an active 
10member of As Good As Gold Golden Retriever Rescue and 
11volunteered many hours at Helping Paws Animal Shelter in 
12Woodstock; and
  
 

  
13    WHEREAS, Thomas Treptow was the beloved husband of Penny 
14(Thill) Treptow; the  loving brother of Bob Treptow, Durrelle 
15Whitmore, Jan Treptow, Nancy Janda, Larry Treptow, Therese 
16Hinga, Barb Riley, Susan Kalmon, and Katie Schoelzel; and uncle 
17to numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
20Thomas George Treptow, and extend our sincere condolences to 
21his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
