| 4 | | "RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 5 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we urge the Department |
| 6 | | of Natural Resources to administer a public education
campaign |
| 7 | | that informs the public about the exact steps to take if a |
| 8 | | sick, injured, or
orphaned animal is encountered in the wild; |
| 9 | | and be it further"; and

| 10 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 1 through 4 with the |
| 11 | | following:
|
| 12 | | "RESOLVED, That we urge the Department of Natural Resources |
| 13 | | to increase
public education outreach in the months of March |
| 14 | | and April when infant animals are mistaken
as orphaned and |
| 15 | | should be left as they were found; and be it further". |
