| 6 | | Cunningham; the loving son of William and Helen Mae (nee Baker) |
| 7 | | Cunningham; the son-in-law of the late Czeslaw and Kazimiera |
| 8 | | Chruslak; the dear brother of Pamela (William) Rostal, William |
| 9 | | (Susan) Cunningham, Kathleen (Marcelo) Vargas, and John |
| 10 | | (Barbara) Cunningham; the loving uncle of many nieces and |
| 11 | | nephews; and the fond brother-in-law of Barbara (Raymond) |

| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
