SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Elaine B. Tychsen, who passed away on 
4November 29, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Elaine Tychsen was born on July 11, 1927 in 
6Chicago; her parents were Louis and Stella (nee Novak) Buehler; 
7she married Thomas A. Tychsen, Sr. on January 16, 1954 in 
8Chicago; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Elaine Tychsen taught at North School in Crystal 
10Lake for 23 years; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Elaine Tychsen was a member of the Delta Kappa 
12Gamma teacher society; she enjoyed gardening, traveling, the 
13Northwoods, and spending time with her family; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Elaine Tychsen was preceded in death by her 
15parents and her husband, Thomas; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Elaine Tychsen is survived by a son, Thomas A. 
17(Beverly) Tychsen, Jr.; 2 grandsons, Ryan (Neenah) and Cole 
18Tychsen; and a great-grandson, Jackson; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
2family and friends, mourn the passing of Elaine B. Tychsen; and 
3be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Elaine Tychsen as an expression of 
6our sympathy.
