SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Keith B. Winn of Harvard, who passed away
4on February 5, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Keith Winn was born on August 11, 1953 in
6Woodstock; his parents were Ed and Erma (nee Kobs) Winn; he
7married Debora Steinmetz on July 19, 1975 in Richmond; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Keith Winn graduated from Richmond-Burton High
9School in 1972; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Keith Winn was employed as a mechanic at Thelen
11Sand and Gravel in Antioch for over 30 years; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Keith Winn was a 4-H leader for over 25 years; he
13also enjoyed gardening, woodworking, and John Deere tractors;
14and
 
15    WHEREAS, Keith Winn was preceded by his father and a
16nephew, Aaron Bychowski; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Keith Winn is survived by his wife, Debora; a
18daughter, Cassandra (Paul) Marucha; a son, Benjamin (Bernice)
19Winn; his mother; 3 grandchildren, Braydin Winn, Peter Marucha,

1and Jacob Boehlen; 4 sisters, Barbara (Robert) Howe, Marjorie
2(Michael) Jones, Denise (James) Bowers, and Susan (Jeffrey)
3Bychowski; a brother, David Winn; and many nieces and nephews;
4therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
7family and friends, mourn the passing of Keith B. Winn; and be
8it further
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10presented to the family of Keith Winn as an expression of our
11sympathy.
