| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Cecelia Matuszewski, who passed away on |
| 4 | | April 17, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Cecelia Matuszewski was born on April 9, 1914 in |
| 6 | | Boyne City, Michigan; her family later moved to Kenosha, |
| 7 | | Wisconsin, where she grew up; she married her husband, Andrew, |
| 8 | | in 1941, and moved to North Chicago, where she remained until |
| 9 | | her passing; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Cecelia Matuszewski was a member of Holy Rosary |
| 11 | | Church (later Queen of Peace and now Most Blessed Trinity); and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Cecelia Matuszewski was preceded in death by her |
| 13 | | husband, Andrew; her brothers Eddie and Walter; her sisters, |
| 14 | | Blanche, Jenny, Helen, and Sophie; her daughter, Suzanne, and |
| 15 | | her great-grandson, Miles; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Cecelia Matuszewski is survived by her son, Paul |
| 17 | | (Linda); 4 grandchildren, Paul (Kelly) Matuszewski, Karen |
| 18 | | Willsie, Brian (Kristy) Fegel, and Kevin Fegel; 4 |
| 19 | | great-grandchildren, Skyler and Jacob Willsie and Carina and |
| 20 | | Pier Matuszewski; her sister, Frances; and many nieces and |
| 21 | | nephews; therefore, be it
