| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Shirley R. Skoien of Inverness, who |
| 4 | | passed away on February 23, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Shirley Skoien was born on June 10, 1926 in |
| 6 | | Chicago; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Shirley Skoien was the beloved wife of the late |
| 8 | | Willard J. Skoien; the loving mother of Gary Skoien and Dawn |
| 9 | | (Thomas) Reed; the loving grandmother of Lindsay, Kristi, and |
| 10 | | Bethany Reed and Lincoln, Winston, and Elizabeth Skoien; and |
| 11 | | the dear daughter of the late Hilmer and Lorraine (nee Sass) |
| 12 | | Tess; therefore, be it

| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her |
| 15 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Shirley R. Skoien; and |
| 16 | | be it further

| 17 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 | | presented to the family of Shirley Skoien as an expression of |
| 19 | | our sympathy.
