SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Larry A. Dellaposta, who passed away on 
4May 8, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Larry Dellaposta was born on May 17, 1955 in 
6Waukegan; his parents were Paul and Lorraine (nee Drust) 
7Dellaposta; he married his best friend, Janice "Lou" Muno, on 
8May 24, 1986; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Larry Dellaposta attended Mother of God Grade 
10School, Waukegan East High School, and the College of Lake 
11County; he excelled in sports and had a passion for golf, 
12baseball, and bowling; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Larry Dellaposta began his career at Lakehurst 
14Liquors; he subsequently started his own cleaning company, SCC 
15Cleaning, with the Spivey brothers, and worked at Abbott 
16Laboratories/AbbVie for 30 years; for the past 6 years, he 
17helped his best friend and brother-in-law, Woody Muno, with his 
18tree trimming business; and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Larry Dellaposta was preceded in death by his 
20father and many grandparents, uncles, and aunts; and

1    WHEREAS, Larry Dellaposta is survived by his wife, Janice; 
2a son, Paul; his mother; a brother, Don (Terry); a sister, 
3Diane Cepon; 2 nieces, Nicki D. and Tara Cepon; his many other 
4nieces, nephews, and cousins; an aunt, Joan Dellaposta; and his 
5in-laws, Ron and Shirley Muno, Mark Muno, Ann, Aileen, and 
6Laura; therefore, be it
  
 
7    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
8ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
9family and friends, mourn the passing of Larry A. Dellaposta; 
10and be it further
  
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
12presented to the family of Larry Dellaposta as an expression of 
13our sympathy.
