SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Glenn E. Trost of New Lenox, who passed 
4away on May 15, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Glenn Trost was born in Joliet to Roy A. and Hazel 
6(nee Hoffmeyer) Trost; he served in the United States Army 
7during the Korean War; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Glenn Trost retired from Material Service in 
9Lockport after 44 years of service; he was also the 
10owner/operator of G.E. Trost Trucking for 10 years; and
  
 
  
11    WHEREAS, Glenn Trost was preceded in death by his parents; 
12and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Glenn Trost was the beloved husband of Kathryn 
14"Kay" (nee Mancuso); the loving father of Elaine (Andrew) 
15Honiotes, Mark (Kris), Charles (Heather), and William (Erin); 
16the cherished grandfather of Edward (Jessica) Trost, Lee Trost, 
17Emmet Trost, Liam Trost, Luca Trost, and Josslyn, Bryce, Trent, 
18and Kylee; the dear brother of the late Betty M. (James) Fagan 
19and the late Leonard R. (Elizabeth "Ann") Trost; the 
20brother-in-law of Mike (Lil) Mancuso; and the uncle to  many 
21nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Glenn E. Trost, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to the family of Glenn Trost as an expression of our 
8deepest sympathy.
